Information Collection
We do not collect personal data, tracking cookies, or profiling analytics on this static website. We run a minimal, privacy-respecting portal that does not require login or tracking identifiers.
Game Telemetry & Multiplayer Data
Project: Everlast utilizes the Steamworks SDK for co-op peer-to-peer matchmaking. Archlight Studios does not operate proprietary master databases or collect personal telemetry from players. Gameplay states, multiplayer session coordinates, and save data are synced directly via Steam Cloud or local files.
End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Archlight Studios for the use of Project: Everlast.
License Grant
Archlight Studios grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to load and execute binary builds of the software strictly for private entertainment or testing. All game assets, sound designs, scripts, and engine implementations remain the sole property of Archlight Studios.
Restrictions
You may not distribute, lease, sell, or host independent servers of the software. Modding is supported strictly through the in-game Lua Mod Creator and Steam Workshop interface. Any modifications distributed outside the Steamworks framework are prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing.
